Overview of Treosulfan
Treosulfan is antineoplastic (anticancer) agent, related to busulphan. it used in the treatment of ovarian cancer. Treosulfan is metabolized by liver and converted into epoxide form, which is the active form of the drug. It acts by demagining the DNA and thus interfering with cell replication. Treosulfan is used in combination with different anticancer drugs to achieve best therapeutic results and to reduce toxicity or side effects.

Treosulfan is primarily indicated in conditions like Ovarian cancer.
