Overview of Mepartricin
Mepartricin is antifungal and antiprotozoal agent. Mepartricin is a methyl ester of partricin. Mepartricin is effective in the treatment of vaginal fungal infection and prostate cancer. Mepartricin is applied topically.
Indication of Mepartricin
Mepartricin is primarily indicated in conditions like Benign prostatic hyperplasia, Trichomoniasis, Vaginal candidiasis.

Side Effects of Mepartricin
The symptomatic adverse reactions produced by Mepartricin are more or less tolerable and if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Gastralgia.
Precautions of Mepartricin
Treatment should be continued for not less than 30 days even when rapid improvement occurs.
