Patient should observe caution while driving or performing other task requiring alertness because it may produce dizziness, extreme fatigue and depression. Diethylpropion should be used with caution and monitor blood pressure in patient with mild hypertension. Dose titration and dose discontinuance may be necessary in epileptic patients.
